Domestic shipping only right now. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on location.

Free shipping on orders over $75. Flat rate shipping on everything else.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. The house isn't responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands, but reach out and we'll help however we can.

 

returns and exchanges

Got 14 days from the day your order arrives to request an exchange or store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached. We're not able to accept anything back without that.

Sports bras and bottoms are final sale once tried on, for hygiene reasons. This applies even within the 14 day window.

To start a return, email kairoactive@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange it for. We'll send next steps from there.

Return shipping is on the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. If something showed up incorrect, email us with a photo and we'll make it right.
